Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

There are no direct shipping costs for registering for the World Beauty Cup for the various categories. The registration fees for the respective categories include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. After the announcement of the podium places, the respective prizes and winnings will be sent out.

(e.g. trophies, certificates, medals, goods from sponsors, etc.). The dispatch of the prizes and winnings will take place after the announcement of the winners within 4 weeks with DHL.

Within the EU, the prizes are sent with the product “parcel up to 2 or 5 kg” from DHL. This is a parcel with tracking option. For competitors residing within the European Union, the shipping fees for this are included in the entry fees.

For competitors residing outside the European Union, the following applies:

• Shipping fees for podium prizes are NOT included in the registration fees.
• After the announcement of the podium places in the respective categories, a separate request for payment will be sent to the winners who are located outside the EU. The packages are shipped with DHL. Competitors have the opportunity to find out in advance about any shipping costs to their country. A separate list of shipping costs or delivery time is not provided on this website. Packages are sent in packages up to 5 kg, depending on the amount of prices.
• any customs costs must be paid by the competitor.
• Competitors residing outside the EU who have not won any podium places (1st – 3rd place) will receive their participation certificate as a printable PDF file via email shortly after the end of the competition.
